All orders are packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail (does not include holidays or weekends). Once the order is marked as shipped, customers will receive an email with the tracking number sent to the email address on file. Please add contact@groupfitbyash.com to your safe sender list to ensure receipt of all email communications. If you have not received your tracking number after the 3 business days of confirming your order, please kindly send an email to contact@groupfitbyash.com.
We understand there have been shipment delays with USPS. In the event your item is undeliverable, we suggest speaking with your local post office to file a claim or call 1 (800) 275-8777. Once the item has shipped and tracking information sent out, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undeliverable packages.
Orders selected for local pick-up/delivery will receive a text message sent to the number on file to schedule day/time.
We currently do not offer returns, however, if you are interested in an exchange, please send an email to contact@groupfitbyash.com. If return shipping is required, buyer is responsible for the cost. Purchase amount will go towards item of equal or greater value.
